Go to dashboard.smiledata.com. Create your account, confirm your email, and pick the Pro plan. That's the one with the AI tools: charts built by asking, your own dashboards, audio summaries.
Add your locations and sign
Enter your practice and each location, then sign the two agreements on screen. That's the whole setup. We connect your practice data and email you the moment you're live.
Open the Daily Dashboard
Yesterday, today, tomorrow, and this month, one tab each. Pick your office with the location button at the top. Every number on screen is your real practice data.
Ask the AI anything
Open Builder and type a question the way you'd say it out loud: Net production by provider, last 3 months. It builds a live chart. Keep talking to refine it.
