From signup to your first AI-built chart. Thirteen steps, every screen shown.
Go to dashboard.smiledata.com and click Sign up. Enter your name, your email, and a password. That's the whole form.
We email you a 6-digit code right away. Type it in and hit Verify. If it doesn't arrive in a minute, check spam or tap Resend code.
Practice name, address, phone. This is the name your dashboards, reports, and podcast episodes will carry.
One entry per office: name, address, phone. Single location? One entry and you're done. You can add more offices later in Settings.
The plan step asks for a card on file first. This is the card your subscription bills to, and you can change it any time in Settings. Billing only starts once your practice goes live.
Pick the plan that fits your practice. Pro is the one with the AI tools: build charts by asking in plain English, your own dashboards, audio summaries. Your order summary shows the monthly total before you confirm anything.
Two documents, signed once on behalf of your practice: the Business Associate Agreement (the HIPAA one) and the Terms of Service. Read, sign, submit.
After you submit, our team connects your practice data. You'll get an email the moment your account is live. Setup starts Monday, August 24.
First sign-in lands here. The box at the top is the ask bar: type any question about your practice in plain English. Your dashboards are right below.
Every dashboard (Daily, Executive, Scheduling Opportunities, Claims) has its own walkthrough guide that goes page by page: what each number means, what to look at, and what to do about it. Grab the one for the dashboard you're on.
Open Builder and ask the way you'd say it out loud. It builds a live chart from your real data, and you refine it by continuing the conversation: "make it monthly", "add last year".
Podcasts are built from your dashboards, pages, or cards. Create a template, point it at a dashboard, and pick the Plain English settings if you want it to sound really simple. Then Generate: a two-voice episode you can play in the app or download for the car.
Settings, then Members. Each person gets their own login, and roles control what each person can see and do.
